Death Certificate for Phebe (not Phoebe) Ballard 1890.
It is at present unclear whether there was a Phoebe Ballard married to Edward J as well as a Phebe married to another (unrelated?) Edward. (Note dated 15 Jan 2000)
It looks as though two spellings of Phoebe/Phebe were used. Phoebe certainly died around this time, since Edward married again (in 1898) and no other record of death of a Phoebe Argent has been found. (Note dated 30.1.00)
Phoebe married Edward James Ballard, son of Luther Ballard and Sarah Ann Walker, in 1882 in Bowraville, , NSW, AUS.1 (Edward James Ballard was born on 3 Mar 1858 in Dungog, , NSW, AUS 1 and died on 11 Sep 1917 in Bellingen 1.)
