The death occurred last evening at his residence, at ''torscsliijo'' Bend, of Mr. George Sanderson, an old, well-known and highly respected gentleman, who had lived in the locality for several years, Deceased, who was 77. was at one time in the railway department, and was for long stationed at Murruruindi, transferred thence to Morpeth. He was a man ot simple ''ntitas'', -but was an enthusiastic fisherman and ''uimnteun' florilst''. Mr. Sanderson is survived by his widow, two sons, and three daughters.
