Family Links Edna Laura Gibbins 1 Born: 30 Sep 1907, New Zealand Died: 24 Feb 1908, Arapohue, Northern Wairoa, Northland, NZ    Cause of her death was Typhoid.   General Notes: Contracted Typhoid from an outbreak at the Maori Pa next to the farm   Death Notes: There was a Maori Pa situated near the family farm and a bad outbreak of typhoid occurred. Mary Fanny contracted the disease and was very sick for a time, but recovered. Edna, the youngest family member, was not so fortunate as she contracted typhoid and died.
