Record group 08-0352 p2 Record set Cheshire Diocese of Chester parish burials 1538-1911. Weirdly the transcription for this record has the following:
Father's first name(s) John
Father's last name Rider
Mother's first name(s) Martha
Mother's last name Rider

I cannot see where the transcriber got this detail from, although the father's name (John) matches the baptism record.
